CPWD Contractor Registration for Unemployed Engineers and Architects
Are you an unemployed Engineering Graduate or an Architect? If yes, then there is an opportunity for you to get CPWD Contractor License.

If you are one among the above 4. You are eligible to apply for Class 5 or Class 4 License. The condition is, your annual income should not be more than Rs. 4 lakh per year. You are exempted from providing work completion certificate or financial documents like Networth Certificate or Annual Turnover Certificate.
Diploma holders are eligible to apply for class 5 license. Degree holder are eligible to apply for class 4 license.
With Class 5 license you can take up works up to 40 lakhs. With class 4 license you can take up works up to 1.4 Crores.
CPWD Contractor Registration for unemployed agriculturist and horticulturist
If you have degree in BSc (Agriculture) or BSc (Horticulture) and your
annual income is not more than Rs. 4 lakh per year, then you are eligible to apply for Class 4 CPWD License in
Horticulture category. You are exempted from providing work completion certificate or financial documents like Networth Certificate or Annual Turnover Certificate.
Documents required to apply for CPWD Registration
- Aadhar Card
- Pan Card
- Degree Certificate
- Gst Registration Certificate
- Passport Size Photo
- Income Certificate
All of the above documents will be verified by the CPWD Department. Your degree certificate, will be sent to the University which issued you the degree certificate. They have to certify on your degree certificate.
Fees required to Pay
The official fees to apply for Class 5 CPWD Contractor license is 3000/- and for Class 4 CPWD Contractor License is 5000/-
Validity of License
If CPWD department approves your contractor license application, then your license will have a validity of 5 years.
